How to find a Leap Year

Leap year appears after every four years. As it is easy to make a leap year program. First of all make a variable, which will ask to enter the year in integer form. After entering the year it will check it by using a condition that if the year is divisible by 4 and the remainder is equaled to zero and also the year is divisible by 100 and the remainder is not equal to zero or the year is divisible by 400 and the remainder is equal to zero is known by a Leap Year. Otherwise, it will not be a leap year.
